To approve the minutes of the previous meeting – copy enclosed.

The minutes of the meeting held on 30/01/20 were approved as a correct record and signed by the Chairman.

This is an update to the previous presentation.

Representatives from United Utilities gave a presentation on the Haweswater Aqueduct Resilience Programme (HARP). Numerous questions were asked and answered provided, for those questions that were not answered on the night these will be followed up.

To be raised on the night.

a.     The matter of refilling the grit/salt bins in parishes was raised.  Committee was informed that the responsibility of this lay with Lancashire County Council.

b.     Grindleton Parish Council raised the issue that their request for an additional dog bin had been declined.  The matter would be referred to the Head of Environmental Services.
