The Director of Resources submitted a report asking committee to approve and adopt the Treasury Management Policy Statement and Practices for 2022/23 that had been reviewed for approval by Council.
The document is reviewed on an annual basis to comply with the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) Code. The Code identifies twelve areas where statements of treasury management practices should be developed to implement the full requirements of the Code. A number of update sin the document were highlighted accordingly.
